When will I receive my order?
All orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days from date of order, depending on your delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International Delivery takes 5-20 business days. The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to your package once it arrives in your country (taxes, tariffs, customs, duties, etc.). These fees are set by and paid to your country, and are not paid to Oyin Kids.
Please note: Due to high shipping expenses, all international orders are final sale and may not be returned for any reason.
Where are you located?
Oyin Kids is an online store only. We do not have a physical store yet.
How does the gift voucher work?
Each gift voucher purchased online is emailed to you with a unique code, which you can either use for yourself or forward to someone as a gift.
How long is a gift voucher valid for?
An Oyin Kids gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date it was purchased.
Can the gift voucher be exchanged for cash?
No, the gift voucher can only be used as payment in the Oyin Kids online store.
Can more than one gift voucher be used towards a purchase?
Yes. You can redeem another gift voucher during checkout.
How can I check my gift voucher balance?
Please send an inquiry to info@oyinkids.com with your gift voucher code and someone will let you know your remaining balance.
Shipping + Return Policy:
- Return/exchange: We’re happy to help with your return/exchange. Any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, and has been purchased within the last 15 days is eligible for return. Items purchased from our large sales (Black Friday, Spring Sale, Second Sale) will be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return. Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.
- Manufacturing defects: We stand behind our products 100% and pride ourselves for having an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible. However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through. We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 15 days from the date of purchase.
